Tank Walls

We have completed 75% of the tank walls. To date, we have poured 4,300 yards of concrete, which is equivalent to 90 single family homes.

Second half of foundation

The second half of the foundation was successfully poured on the October 31st. It took approximately 7 hours from start to finish and the total pour was 1200 yards of concrete. We are presently setting the wall rebar on the second half of the building.

Wall Rebar

All the wall rebar is in place and the walls are starting to come together. We are currently starting to place the second half of the mat slab.

Foundation Poured

The foundation was successfully poured on the September 23rd. It took approximately 8 hours from start to finish. The total pour was 1300 yards of concrete for half the mat slab.

Levee & Foundation

We have been building the levee and percolation ponds the past three weeks and they are 3/4 of the way done. The facilities' foundation is under construction and the walls are being formed.

Clearing and Grubbing

On July 15, the clearing and grubbing of citrus and avocado trees began. The mass grading and the levee construction of Santa Paula WRF started July 20th. The Levee is about 2/3 built. The excavation for the building was completed on August 25th. The percolation ponds are now being constructed and are about half done.

Groundbreaking Ceremony

Groundbreaking for the Water Recycling Facility occurred on July 7, 2008. It was attended by local, regional and state civic leaders, as well as members of the local community. The program consisted of brief comments from various company representatives and Mayor Gonzales, and was followed by a lunch catered by Laird's BBQ.

Introducing Santa Paula Water

On April 15, the Santa Paula City Council voted in favor of Santa Paula Water to build the City's new Water Recycling Facility.
