Under a thirty year agreement with the city of Santa Paula, California, Santa Paula Water will design, build, finance and operate a state-of-the-art water recycling facility which is designed to meet the city's current and future wastewater treatment needs. The company is a joint venture of PERC, who is contracted for facility design, construction and operations, and an infrastructure investment fund managed by Alinda Capital Partners LLC, which is financing the construction of the new water recycling facility.
